1. Returns Eligibility

We do not accept returns on customized products unless:

– The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

 – There is a printing error from our end.

2. Return Conditions

 – Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

 – Share unboxing videos/photos via WhatsApp/email for verification.

 – Product must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Refund Process

 – Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
